Statewide Out of Home Campaign
The Empowering Campaign was Virginia Premier’s first large scale out of home advertising campaign. I was given full control over design and messaging for all of our pieces from metro signage to billboards to bus kings all over the state. We primarily focused on communicating with our Medicaid members, with the exception of some pieces targeted for our Medicare members in Tidewater.
